Purchase Acoustica Mixcraft 4 Multitrack Audio MIDI Recording Software (Standard)

I just got this yesterday and I'm extremely pleased with it. I'm not a musician, just a computer guy that wanted to piece together some things for a flash project I'm working on. This software is everything I hoped for. It's extremely easy to use and has a nice large library of clips. Literally within minutes of opening the software for the first time you can loop together your first song (if you don't get distracted listening to the excellent example projects first)!

Previous to this I had been using the free Audacity software. Mixcraft 4 is 100 times more usable and useful! It took an arduous, pain in the ass task and turned into a pleasure.Get more detail about Acoustica Mixcraft 4 Multitrack Audio MIDI Recording Software (Standard).

Shop For Arturia Analog Factory Experience Soft Synth wit- Analog Synthesizers Sounds

PROS-
Very impressed with the midi controller. The quality and build of the controller is phenomenal. Most of the frame is made from metal, could take a serious beating!
Includes a wide array of knobs, sliders, and programmable buttons.
Its universal, which means you can use this with other software.
It has a vintage old school look, definitely very stunning.
Software has gives you thousands of sounds and options.

CONS-
The registration process was rather annoying.
You may have a bit of latency if you aren't running a higher end computer with some decent processing power.
Includes many vintage synth sounds but not a whole lot of new school ones (for dance and techno).

OTHER THOUGHTS-
Despite having latency, you can adjust the bit rate and drastically reduce lag (at a price for sound quality of course).

Despite lacking new school sounds you have the option to edit and modify each sound in any way shape or form. I just didn't feel like editing every sound and got sick of the latency (my fault really) so I bought a Korg and I'm switching over to Mac.

FINAL THOUGHTS-
overall a GREAT beginner's set if not the best for MIDI recording/ performance.
The reason why I didn't rate this lower is because the quality of the MIDI controller more than makes up for the mediocre software (great if you know what you're doing and have a decent computer). And because it's universal you can use any software you wish!Get more detail about Arturia Analog Factory Experience Soft Synth wit- Analog Synthesizers Sounds.
