I'm sure the product that was sent is a valid CD although it is NOT what the description stated. I was looking for the "reinstall windows XP" CD and this is what I got. Your wording indicated different. I also blame Amazon for directing me to this item as I did a search and this is what I was directed to. I would not ever buy from this seller again. As far as Amazon is concerned they too have foul advertising practices and cannot be trusted to direct me to the correct product that I am asking for.Get more detail about Dell Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.3.4.
