Over the last few weeks I have read a variety of reviews on a variety of products. Are y'all looking at the same product? How is it that one reader gives 5 stars and the very next gives one star. This is an issue in many many reviews. I'm giving this one a 3 and I haven't even used it so don't pay attention to this one. Seems like the majority of people out there are really quite psychotic when it comes to reviews. Do those that give a single star request a refund or replacement?
