In the past I used the older version of DVD 123 Copy and it worked fine. The 2009/2010 version will not work. When you install and start this program the Flashing Ad to upgrade to Max Media does NOT go away. 25% of the screen is the actual product and 75% of the screen is to update to Media Max. There is no way to get rid of the Media Max upgrade screen. The program crashed consistently and had to close. When I go to advanced settings the program crashes and restarts. The tech support had me try the beta program and that crashed more than the retail box version. I asked about getting my money back because the retail box has a 30 day money back guarantee. Now the company will not honor their money back guarantee or return any of my e-mails. I would highly recommend the Corel DVD Copy 6. You can export videos to your Ipod,Iphone,Zune, PSP, Wii, or MP3 player. I bought it for $40 and it does NOT crash.
