The short of this is that V-mate and Windows 64-bit OS's don't like each other and require you to do something special until V-mate or Microsoft figure out how to fix the problem. For you the user? Follow the link below, and READ what they are saying because if you use are using 'Vista' 64-bit like me? you need to click on a couple other links to get the right program from Microsoft. I think I might update this review with an opinion later, but from previous experiences I gave it 5/5 cause I believe in positive thinking. :)
