Support, in terms of drivers and knowledgebase entries for this particular product, appears to be hard to locate on the Pinnacle site. It seems to be a UK product repackaged for the US. I used it on the same machine as a Dazzle USB device, also from Pinnacle - the Dazzle was stable and performed well, but the MovieBoard had regular slowdowns, freezes, and crashes (causing Win XP to reboot).Get more detail about Pinnacle Studio MovieBoard.
