I bought this 123 MediaMax and it does not work. This is after going to the website for the authorization and for downloading the 'patch' which proceeded to reload the entire program. OK so that is their patch - they acknowledge in the reason for the patch that it was to fix a bug in not being able to rip a DVD to hard drive. Guess what: still will not. It will not read a home-movie DVD, will not rip it to hard drive, will not copy it. This is a bad product. I give it a zero. I want my money back.Get more detail about 123 Media Max.
